FAQ

Jupi Nurseries are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, excluding December 24, May 2, and public holidays. We also reserve a 10-day workday period per calendar year for renovations, organizational work, technical maintenance, and unforeseen circumstances. Whenever possible, we will notify you of any facility closures months in advance. These days are typically combined with long weekends and holiday breaks. Jupi Nurseries remain open throughout the summer holidays.

Children are accepted all year-round (as long as we have available spots). To enroll, please complete the form above. Upon receipt, we will contact you immediately to schedule an on-site enrollment meeting at your chosen facility. After the visit, we will send you key documents: the contract and Jupi regulations. Signing these documents finalizes the enrollment process.

At JUPI Nursery, we accept children from the age of 1 until they complete their nursery education (3.5 years).

It is the parent’s responsibility to provide all information regarding the child’s medical recommendations. This data is stored in a database, and based on it, a list of rules is created that caregivers must follow when working with a child with allergies. The feeding regimen for children with allergies is individually agreed upon with the parents upon signing the contract. Subsequent dietary modifications based on medical recommendations are always possible. Because we operate our own kitchens on-site, we are able to carefully care for any child requiring a special diet. Our chefs are experienced in this field.

Exposure to the outdoors is essential for children’s proper development, so we make sure they go to our playground or take walks around the neighborhood as often as possible. For the smallest children. We have 6-seater strollers – essential for toddlers who haven’t yet learned to walk. Our goal is to take a daily walk. Only high smog levels alerts, strong winds, or heavy rain can stop us.

Medication is not administered to children at the nursery, except in cases of documented chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, asthma), when ongoing medication is necessary.

According to our regulations, children showing signs of illness are not permitted at JUPI. Only healthy children are permitted to attend the nursery. If symptoms of illness occur, parents are asked to immediately pick up their child from the nursery. If a child is brought in whose health condition indicates an infection, the group leader, out of concern for the safety of the other children, will refuse admission. They may also request a medical certificate form a pediatrist confirming that there are no health contraindications to the child’s attendance at the nursery.

No, we require a current vaccination certificate.

We offer your children three free adaptation days.

These days are designed to familiarize the child with our facility. During this time, the child participates in activities with their parents, acclimating to the new environment, gradually gaining a sense of security, and building bonds with the JUPI staff.

During the adjustment sessions, we prioritize GREAT FUN. This allows them to make NEW FRIENDSHIPS and facilitate a smooth transition into the new JUPI environment. The sessions will feature cheerful songs, activities with a scarf, sports games, and tasty snacks.

A child’s adjustment to nursery begins at home. Adjustment isn’t just about the few days offered by the nursery. It’s primarily a process in which parents should engage at least one month before their child’s first visit. This major change, which will eventually take place, can be easier for the child if we prepare them properly. We all remember the first day at a new school, sports camp, or new job… What emotions they were filled with! And our little ones? They won’t remember, but they’ll certainly feel just as much as we do. So let’s get started!

I

MOM, DAD! I’LL DO IT MYSELF!

Gradually empowering your little one builds a sense of security and minimizes the fear of not being able to handle something. Let them try putting on slippers, shorts, or spooning food. Practice makes perfect!

II

NURSERY IS A PLACE FULL OF GREAT FUN

Let’s familiarize our little one with the facility by creating a positive image. If Mom says it’s a place where I’ll feel good and play freely, then it will be! Let’s also explain to our children what will happen during their day at the nursery – what activities, caregivers, meals, etc.

III

LET’S GET TO KNOW THE FACILITY AND ITS SURROUNDINGS

If we live near the nursery, it’s worth taking our children on regular walks in the area. Show them the places they’ll pass every morning. Name shops and bus stops, and find your favorite spots where you can spend more time. Playing together on the nursery playground is the best way to familiarize them with the new environment.

IV

MOM, DAD – DON’T CRY!

Children can sense negative emotions. Don’t prolong goodbyes or provoke tears. Don’t trick your child with the words, „Mommy’ll be back soon. „Let’s try to send clear, simple messages in a cheerful atmosphere: „Now you’ll play with the kids; I’ll pick you up after lunch. Look, Jaś and Zosia are waiting for you! Give Mommy a kiss and go play!”

It’s also worth getting used to the idea that our little one is going to nursery. It will be easier for us if we get involved in the adaptation process!

At each of our locations we have our kitchens – designed with the GHP/GMP certification and implemented HACCP system. We do not use catering. Our dishes are nutritionally balanced and freshly served – immediately after preparation – and therefore very tasty. They are not portioned – children can enjoy their meals as needed.

The food is balanced, varied, and meets the nutritional requirements discussed by children’s age groups. We follow the WHO food pyramid recommendation, which recommends limiting meat on vegetables. Product selection is based on trusted suppliers and their seasonal availability. A significant number of products are certified organic and eco-friendly. Meat and fish come from sustainable farms (farmed without antibiotics, steroids, or growth hormones). We offer elimination diets, replacement diets, and vegetarian options.
